PSA’s Strategic Plan sets the direction for the Agency. This plan provides an overview of PSA's history, mandate, and program model and describes the Agency's mission, strategic objectives, and general goals for 2008 through 2013. The relationship between the strategic plan and annual performance plans is defined, along with a summary proposed program evaluation activities. The plan also discusses our relationships with our external stakeholders.
